Restaurants and bars are obliged to close, but take away is still possible. Some cafes try to plus their income by selling drinks in the street, to the few passers-by.

Although in The Netherlands shops are not obliged to close, the busy shopping street De Kalverstraat is merely empty during office hours.

The city of Amsterdam is taking a break during Covid-times. Peaceful streets, showing the beaty of the city, without the tourists and inhabitants in its streetviews.

Most shops have closed in the Netherlands, but they are not enforced y law. Here a flower shop is still open, next to a closed shop of design socks.
