The small family cirrus Romanes originated from the meeting between Délia Romanès and Alexandre Romanes in 1994. The first is a gypsy singer, originally from Romania, the second one is actually called Bouglione, was acrobat, acrobat, balancing artist and stupid door in a "traditional" circus that he left later because it no longer corresponded to his values. Alexandre Romanès, who is also a novelist and poet, now presents a show that is more focused on their gypsy roots. The children of the couple, their grandchildren and invited artists perform in the small tent in the 16th district of Paris. The acrobats, jugglers and dancers are accompanied by violin, accordion, double bass and clarinet, creating a simple, warm and festive atmosphere.
