The area of Qasar Ben Gashaier, outside of Tripoli. Rebels scan the library of one of the houses of Muhammad Matuq, secretary for Public Works under Qaddafi. A rebel force raided the house where Quaddafi soldiers had made their barracks, but found no one at the scene anymore.
